Performance Marketer - D2C

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and ROI across leading D2C brands. This role offers complete ownership of paid marketing campaigns and growth initiatives across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other paid channels.

- Own growth, revenue, and performance targets for assigned product categories.

- Monitor and optimize CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CVR, and overall campaign performance.

- Manage campaign budgets, forecasting, and channel-wise spend allocation.

- Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, remarketing, and funnel optimization.

- Collaborate with creative, content, and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.

- Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights to improve performance and scale growth.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid marketing campaigns for D2C or E-commerce brands.

- Proven expertise in campaign setup, optimization, budget management, and scaling.

- Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CVR, and attribution models.

- Experience with Google Analytics, GTM, UTM tracking, and performance measurement tools.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from campaign data.

- Experience driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets through performance marketing.
