Role Overview

As a Performance Marketer at Epik, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven campaigns. You'll own the strategy and execution of paid performance channels, optimize for ROI, and continuously experiment to unlock growth. This is a high-impact role at the core of scaling Epik's D2C business.

What You'll Own

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other digital channels.

- Manage performance marketing budgets to deliver ROI-driven growth.

- Run A/B tests, creative experiments, and audience segmentation to improve campaign performance.

- Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.

- Track, analyze, and report campaign metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CAC, LTV).

- Drive full-funnel performance strategies across acquisition, activation, and retention.

- Stay updated with digital ad platform updates, growth hacks, and emerging trends.

- Explore and scale new acquisition channels (affiliate, influencer, partnerships, programmatic, etc.).

- Work closely with product and data teams to improve attribution and customer journey insights.

What You'll Bring

- 3+ years of experience in performance/growth marketing, preferably in D2C or consumer internet brands.

- Proven track record of managing and scaling paid marketing budgets profitably.

- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, etc.).

- Deep understanding of digital marketing funnels, attribution models, and CRO.

- Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Google Sheets and data interpretation skills.

- Ability to craft strategies as well as roll up sleeves for hands-on execution.

- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with design, product, and operations.

- Knowledge of SEO, retention marketing (CRM/email/SMS), and marketing automation is a plus.
