About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven and creative Head of Performance Marketing to lead customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across all digital platforms.
This role is ideal for a growth marketer who thrives at the intersection of data, creativity, and brand storytelling - and is passionate about building a modern beauty & skincare brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy & Planning:
- Own end-to-end performance marketing strategy across paid media, search, social, marketplaces, and affiliate channels.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and LTV with a focus on ROI and efficiency.
- Define, track, and optimize key KPIs (CAC, ROAS, AOV, conversion, repeat rate).
- Build and scale full-funnel growth strategies - awareness - consideration - conversion - loyalty.
Media & Campaign Management:
- Plan and manage monthly/quarterly media budgets across Meta, Google, YouTube, Amazon, Nykaa, Tira, etc.
- Create and optimize campaigns with internal teams and agency partners.
- Run experiments on creatives, landing pages, and ad formats to improve conversion rates.
- Ensure consistency between brand and performance marketing efforts.
Analytics & Data:
- Set up advanced attribution, tracking, and dashboards (GA4, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, etc.).
- Translate data insights into actionable strategies for content, media, and retention.
- Partner with product and e-commerce teams to improve CRO and website performance.
Leadership & Team Management:
- Build and lead a high-performing team of digital marketers, analysts, and growth specialists.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Product, E-commerce, and Brand teams.
- Drive a test-and-learn culture - rapid experimentation, insights sharing, and iteration.
Agency & Partner Collaboration:
- Manage relationships with performance, creative, and influencer agencies.
- Negotiate media deals and explore new digital growth channels.
Requirements:
- 7-12 years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or digital strategy, ideally in D2C, FMCG, or beauty/personal care.
- Proven success scaling paid media budgets profitably.
- Strong analytical skills; comfort with dashboards, attribution tools, and data visualization.
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon, and CRM/retargeting tools (CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, etc.).
- Deep understanding of e-commerce funnels, audience segmentation, and brand-building through data.
- Hands-on, agile, and creative thinker with a love for beauty, skincare, and digital storytelling.
