Role Summary:

As a Product Manager you will actively explore emerging technologies and market opportunities to identify innovative solutions that create significant value for our customers. Your role will involve crafting a clear product vision and building a strategic roadmap that balances bold innovation with practical execution.

You will work with cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle from ideation and validation to development, launch, and continuous improvement ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. This position requires a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapidly adapting to change to deliver breakthrough fintech products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with the companys innovation goals.

- Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify unmet needs and emerging trends.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing) to develop product requirements and drive successful delivery.

- Prioritize features and product backlog balancing innovation, customer impact, and business objectives.

- Own product launch plans, user adoption strategies, and post-launch performance analysis.

- Use data and user feedback to continuously improve products and pivot quickly when necessary.

- Champion a culture of experimentation, innovation, and rapid learning within the team.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 3 to 5 years of product management experience, preferably in GenAI-based enterprise software companies or technology-driven SaaS environments.

- Proven track record of managing the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

- Passion for emerging technologies such as GenAI is a plus.
