Role Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow key accounts across the insurance and insurtech ecosystem.

- Develop and execute account plans focused on client retention, growth, and satisfaction.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and functional heads at client organizations.

- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities by understanding client needs and aligning them with digital and SaaS offerings.

- Drive business development and farming initiatives with existing clients to achieve revenue goals.

- Collaborate with internal teams across product, delivery, and operations to ensure timely and quality delivery.

- Monitor market trends, competitive movements, and emerging opportunities within the Insurtech landscape.

- Represent the organization at client meetings, industry events, and digital partnership forums.

Skills & Experience Required:

- 6-12 years of experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, or Strategic Partnerships within the Insurance / Insurtech / Fintech sectors.

- Proven experience managing enterprise accounts and working with CXO-level stakeholders.

- Strong understanding of insurance operations, digital transformation, and SaaS platforms.

- Demonstrated experience in digital partnerships and B2B SaaS sales.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.

- A stable career history with a consistent record of performance and growth.

Key Success Parameters

- Building and nurturing strong relationships with CXOs and business heads across insurers and insurtechs.

- Demonstrating a consultative sales approach based on deep insurance process understanding.

- Consistently achieving retention and growth metrics for existing accounts.

- Driving new revenue streams from digital partnership initiatives.

- Maintaining professional stability and demonstrating long-term client ownership.
