We are hiring experienced Corporate Trainers and Faculty for AI Skills Learning Partner under the academy at Perficient India.

Role Overview

The role involves delivering high-impact AI training programs, mentoring learners, and enabling organizations to adopt AI/ML solutions effectively through structured learning and real-world application.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver instructor-led training sessions (virtual/in-person) on AI, GenAI, ML, Data Engineering, and Automation

- Conduct hands-on labs, workshops, hackathons, and mentor learners on real-world projects

- Design end-to-end learning journeys including labs, demos, assessments, and certifications

- Provide AI/ML advisory and coach teams to apply learning in real client scenarios

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to enhance training programs and outcomes

- Stay updated with emerging AI/GenAI trends and represent the AI First Academy internally and externally

Skills & Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, Generative AI, or related domains

- Strong training/facilitation experience with excellent communication and presentation skills

- Hands-on expertise in ML frameworks, GenAI models, prompt engineering, lab/demo creation, and cloud platforms
