Lead - Total Rewards


Responsibilities:

Total Rewards Strategy Development:

- Develop and refine the total rewards strategy to align with business objectives and talent strategies.

- Provide insights and recommendations on reward structures, trends, and enhancements to -support business goals

- Custodian of budget (pay increase, bonus, incentive)

Performance and Compensation Management:

- Lead the development and management of compensation structures, including job evaluation, salary benchmarking.

- Manage the annual compensation cycle including salary review, bonus payments, and incentive programs ensuring processes are completed accurately and on time.

- Ensure job evaluations, grading structures, and pay ranges are competitive and compliant with regulatory standards

- Ensuring sanctity of the performance and compensation module on the internal HRIS system

Benefits and Policies:

- Oversee employee benefits programs (e.g., health, wellness, retirement, and other ancillary benefits) that are competitive

- Partner with vendors to evaluate and manage benefits plans, focusing on cost containment and employee satisfaction.

- Lead benefits review processes Benchmark, Design and roll out of policies

- Drive org's DEI agenda through supporting policies

Employee Recognition and Engagement:

- Develop and enhance employee recognition programs to foster a culture of appreciation and engagement

Compliance and Data Analytics:

- Ensure total rewards programs comply with local, state and OC regulations as well as company policies.

- Manage reporting requirements and analytics, ensuring accuracy in compensation and benefits data (attrition, demographics, other analysis)

- Support internal and external audits related to compensation and benefits compliance (wherever necessary)

Org Design:

- Analyse organization structure to ensure it supports efficiency and business goals

- Assess span of control, role duplication, and job redundancies in the current structure

- Create and maintain a consistent framework for job roles across the organization

- Support restructuring efforts by providing insights into job impact and total rewards implications

Credentials:

- Qualifications Essential: Tier 1-2 MBA Institute

- Knowledge Essential: Sound knowledge of total rewards practices.


- Proficiency in Excel & power point presentation.

- Experience Essential: 8 - 12 years of experience
