Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a National Operations Manager located in Pune. The National Operations Manager will oversee operational activities, ensure efficient and timely service delivery, coordinate with regional teams, manage resources, and ensure compliance with company policies.

The role involves planning, monitoring, and improving operational processes, handling client relationships, and ensuring overall operational excellence.

Qualifications

- Operational Management and Resource Management skills

- Experience in coordinating with regional teams and managing service delivery

- Knowledge of compliance and company policies

- Strong planning, monitoring, and process improvement abilities

- Excellent client relationship management skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

- Experience in the power solution industry is beneficial

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

- should be willing to travel forore than 15 days a month.

- Technically aware of electrical systems , engines , compressors and pumps.

- Hands on skill on project management is a must
