Role Summary:


As a Talent Acquisition Lead, youll shape and drive the recruitment engine that powers our growth. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and leadership accountable for delivering high-quality, high-impact hiring outcomes across multiple markets or functions.


Youll lead a team of experienced recruiters, partner directly with senior business and HR leaders, and collaborate globally to ensure hiring strategies translate into measurable business results. Your focus: building an agile, data-led, and inclusive recruitment ecosystem that attracts exceptional talent at scale.


What Youll Lead :


Strategic Delivery


- Design and execute talent acquisition strategies that align with workforce and business goals.


- Translate global TA priorities into regional execution plans, balancing efficiency, quality, and candidate experience.


- Anticipate future talent needs and proactively build sourcing strategies and pipelines to stay ahead of demand.


- Drive the diversity agenda by embedding equitable and inclusive hiring practices at every stage.


Leadership & Team Development:


- Lead, inspire, and develop a team of high-performing recruiters across markets or functions.


- Build capability and resilience within the team through coaching, upskilling, and continuous feedback.


- Create an environment where performance, accountability, and collaboration thrive.


Stakeholder Influence:


- Partner with business, HR, and COE leaders to define talent priorities and influence hiring decisions.


- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, using data and insights to shape workforce planning and market strategy.


- Manage escalations with composure and credibility, ensuring strong partnership and delivery confidence.


Operational Excellence:


- Ensure flawless execution of the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple geographies.


- Drive adoption of global processes, governance standards, and compliance frameworks.


- Use metrics and analytics to identify improvement opportunities, streamline operations, and deliver consistent outcomes.


Technology & Innovation:


- Champion the use of recruitment technology (ATS, CRM, automation tools) to elevate productivity and candidate experience.


- Partner with global teams to pilot new solutions and scale best practices.


- Stay ahead of market trends and emerging tools shaping the future of hiring.


What You Bring:


- 10-14 years of progressive leadership in Talent Acquisition within large, complex, or matrixed organizations.


- Strong track record of leading multi-market teams and managing high-volume or professional hiring portfolios.


- Deep understanding of recruitment strategy, workforce planning, and talent analytics.


- Proven success in building high-performing, engaged teams through coaching and empowerment.


- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing ability across senior levels.


- Strong grasp of compliance, risk management, and governance in hiring processes.


- Comfortable navigating global frameworks while tailoring solutions to local business needs.


- Skilled in ATS/CRM systems and passionate about tech-enabled recruiting.


- Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presence.
