ACCOUNTABILITY  Planning and Forecasting - AOP/SBP  - Perform development of a robust Supply Chain (Bev) Freight & Warehousing SBP and AOP through engagement with Operations leadership  - Support the network optimisation and capacity planning assumptions & validations  Planning and Forecasting - Quarterly / Monthly  - Develop Warehouse cost outlook and Primary & Secondary Freight outlook   - Perform SNOP Freight forecasting process jointly with the Supply Chain heads for Bev Supply Chain  Financial Reporting - Month End Close Process  - Develop COC of Primary Freight with SNOP & AOP (Bev)  - Develop month end COC by regions for Secondary Freights - Bev  - Develop Month end COC of Warehousing Bev by regions V/s AOP   - Undertake standardization of expenses for CFA rentals and operating expenses for warehousing Bev  Management Reporting - Monthly Performance Management Reviews  - Contribute to MFR deck preparation for Bev SCM for review with OF Vertical Head, CFO, Ops Head   - Monitor Glass KPIs and dashboard to ensure optimal glass float and highlight any risks to meeting business objectives due to shortage of glass or impairment of glass due to excess  - Monitor inefficiencies in the freight and warehousing costs lines & collaborate with SC team to minimise the waste  - Monitor Freight & Warehouse payables and FG inventory levels at warehouses & CFA to ensure optimum utilisation of company's working capital needs  - Review of Balance Sheet schedules for Primary freight Bev, Secondary Freights - Bev and Warehousing - Bev  Audit and Compliance - Governance and Risk Management  - Drive compliance of GCS across LD&T function  Audit and Compliance - Audits  - Drive remediation points of IA failures across LD&T function  - Ensure smooth closure of Statutory ICOFR audit  Business Partnering and Support - Operations/Backend Support  - Support business in robust SNOP freight forecasts  - Participate in the vendor negotiation process along with Business & provide approvals for hikes  - Understand and contribute to improvement on business KPIs  - Evaluate and approve hike in Warehouse rentals / Op expenses  - Obtain NDCs from Vendors for PF / SF / CFA  - Validation of basis of calculation for freight and warehousing productivity  Vendor Reconciliation:  - Drive allocated vendor reconciliation with the help of outsourced agencies  - Interact regularly with SSC to make sure that the Dashboard is sent to all verticals  - Update to the region controller on quarterly basis on Vendor reconciliation   Business Partnering and Support - Productivity Council  Special Projects - SSA  - Contribute to various projects like:  - Freight Master upload - workflow (Bev & Foods)  - GIT GRN Control  - SAP loadability lock project  Experience and Qualification  - degree in Finance from ICAI  - Experience of minimum of 6-8 years in FMCG Sector
