



Description:
Responsibilities:
- Extract and cleanse data from Nielsen Global Data, Circana, Euromonitor, Kantar household panels, and internal financial systems (Cockpit)
- Validate data consistency across sources and resolve discrepancies, especially between local and global datasets
- Maintain structured data repositories for easy access by the insights team and external partners
- Prepare standardized datasets for AOP, quarterly reviews, and market deployment analysis
- Collaborate with GCC resources and Growth Navigator teams to access local data and scorecards
- Support ad hoc requests for data preparation and formatting for presentations and dashboards
- Automate and streamline data ingestion, transformation, and validation processes to reduce manual effort, minimize errors, and accelerate the delivery of insights
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of data management practices by sharing learnings, codifying best practices, and participating in cross-functional data governance initiatives
- Leverage advanced analytics tools (e.g., python) and data management tools to accelerate data processing / ETL
Requirements:
- Post Graduate Degree (MBA Preferred, Statistical background preferred)
- 6+ years of experience in insights and analytics
- Expert on Point of Sale (NielsenIQ, Circana, SPINs, One Click Retail etc.) databases/metrics along with Household panel data experience is critical
- Excellent project management skills esp. with managing supporting teams
- Advanced Excel skills
- Programming in Python or JavaScript a plus
- Great Collaborator
- Language: English Fluent
