PepsiCo - Associate Manager - BI & Reporting

Overview:

The person will be responsible to support reporting and automation requirements of the International Beverages business.

The person should have very strong Business Intelligence skills and will play a critical role in executing key transformations and process simplifications.

Responsibilities:

- Extract shelf prices and other relevant data from third-party sources, such as Nielsen/Circana.

- Cleanse and transform data via Excel or Power BI, ensuring accuracy and consistency through mapping SKUs, correcting erroneous entries, and standardizing formats.

- Upload and integrate transformed data ensuring proper data flow and validation.

- Collaborate with local market teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment with business needs.

- Monitor data integrity and implement quality control checks throughout the data handling process.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during data extraction, transformation or upload stages.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of data processes

Qualifications:

Key Skills / Experience Required:

- Minimum 6-7 Y of experience.

- Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables and data manipulation.

- Experience with Power BI or Power Query for data manipulation and analysis is must to have.

- Experience on working with Python is strongly preferred.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
