We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated professional to join our Founder's Office in Mumbai. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with senior leadership on strategic initiatives across multiple functions - from category and product to strategy, operations, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the senior leadership to drive strategic and operational projects across business functions.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and business growth within key functions such as Category Management, Marketing, Strategy, Product, Customer Support, or Operations.

- Conduct data-driven analysis to support decision-making and business planning.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of initiatives.

- Prepare management updates, business reviews, and reports for strategic discussions.

- Act as the bridge between multiple teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 2-4 years of professional experience in consulting, startup operations, strategy, or category management.

- Graduate or MBA from a Tier-1 institution (IIT, IIM, ISB, SPJIMR, etc.).

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Comfortable operating in an unstructured, fast-paced environment.

- High sense of ownership, curiosity, and adaptability to work across multiple business areas.

- Prior experience in consumer internet, retail, or e-commerce domains will be an added advantage.
