Job Description for the reference: - Identify and build partnerships with large retail brands like Shoppers Stop, McDonalds, Starbucks, Amazon to name a few. - Build and develop commercial and strategic relationships with our key targeted partners. - Encourage and supervise any collaborations with partner brands. - Work in liaison with the growth and retention teams to understand current market trends and build relationships accordingly with external partners. - Strategize newer ways to grow current partnerships. - Identify newer channels of customer acquisition through B2B2C routes by running RnR, incentive programs etc with large corporates - Work cross-functionally with policy, legal, comms, marketing, product, finance, and sales. - Build a high performing team expertising in brand and channel partnerships - Organized and good at planning and just brilliant in execution. - High bias for action, thriving in ambiguity and building 0-1 journeys with the organization
