Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Positioning & Messaging: - Develop and refine product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that differentiates Pepagora in the market. - Ensure messaging consistency across all marketing and sales channels.

2. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy - Plan and execute product launches, feature releases, and campaigns for both domestic and international markets. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align launch timelines and promotional activities.

3. Market Research & Insights - Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and customer interviews to understand trends, buyer personas, and decision-making criteria. - Translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.

4. Sales Enablement - Create sales enablement content including pitch decks, battle cards, case studies, and ROI calculators. - Train sales teams on product benefits, positioning, and objection handling.

5. Demand Generation Support - Partner with the digital marketing team to create campaigns that drive awareness, leads, and conversions. - Develop product-led content such as webinars, blog posts, whitepapers, and videos.

6. Metrics & Optimization - Track performance of marketing initiatives using KPIs such as product adoption, lead-to-win ratio, and campaign ROI. - Continuously refine strategies based on performance data and feedback.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelors/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).


- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in SaaS, B2B platforms, or SME-focused tech products.


- Proven track record of launching and scaling products in competitive markets.


- Exceptional storytelling, communication, and presentation skills.


- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data.


- Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.


- Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, and growth-driven environment.
