Pepagora - Product Innovation Lead

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the discovery & innovation track: conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and identify emerging opportunities in AI and enterprise solutions.

- Translate new ideas into prototypes and product concepts for backlog intake.

- Work closely with business teams and stakeholders to validate product-market fit for new initiatives.

- Build and maintain an innovation pipeline aligned with Pepagora's strategic goals.

- Collaborate with analysts and product owners to refine innovations into actionable user stories for execution.

Requirements:

- 5-8 years of experience in product strategy, research, or innovation-driven roles.

- Proven track record of taking ideas from concept to prototype to product.

- Strong analytical, market research, and competitor benchmarking skills.

- Exposure to AI/enterprise product opportunities is a strong plus.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
