Performance Marketing (Google Ads & Meta Ads)


Key Responsibilities:


1. End-to-End Campaign Management

Plan, execute, and optimize Google & Meta ad campaigns for Pepagora and multiple client accounts simultaneously.

2. Efficient Budget Utilization

Strategically run low to mid-budget campaigns, ensuring high ROI through smart targeting, bidding, and creative optimization.

3. Campaign Setup & Optimization

Handle campaign structure, audience segmentation, keyword research, creative testing, and performance optimization across platforms.

4. Daily Performance Monitoring

Track campaigns daily, adjusting bids, creatives, and targeting to meet performance KPIs like CPA, CTR, ROAS, and lead volume.

5. Client & Internal Collaboration

- Work closely with Pepagora's internal teams and external clients to understand business objectives and translate them into performance-driven strategies.

6. Creative & Landing Page Collaboration

- Partner with the creative team to develop high-performing ad copies, visuals, and landing pages that align with performance goals.

7. Reporting & Insights

Generate clear, data-backed performance reports, insights, and recommendations using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and related tools.

8. Industry Awareness

Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm updates, and new performance marketing strategies to keep campaigns ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2. 3-5 years of proven experience in managing Google Ads & Meta Ads with a focus on lead generation and performance marketing.

3. Demonstrated success in managing multiple accounts and delivering results within low to moderate budgets.

4. Strong knowledge of digital marketing KPIs, funnels, and campaign optimization techniques.

5. Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.

6. Excellent communication skills for client coordination and reporting.

7. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
