We’re looking for a strategic Product / Growth Marketing Leader to build and scale Pepagora’s growth engine for SMEs & MSMEs.

What you’ll own:

- Product positioning & GTM strategy

- Customer acquisition, activation & retention

- Product-led growth & lifecycle marketing

- Demand generation & performance marketing

- AI-led marketing & automation

- Growth analytics, experimentation & revenue metrics

- Sales enablement and cross-functional growth initiatives

What we’re looking for:

- 6 - 10 years in Product Marketing / Growth Marketing

- Strong B2B SaaS / Marketplace / FinTech / SME-tech experience

- Experience owning GTM, funnels and growth metrics

- Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable being hands-on

- Strong analytical, storytelling and experimentation skills
