Management Reporting Analyst (3-6 yrs)

We're seeking a detail-oriented Management Reporting Analyst to establish and maintain robust reporting systems that drive data-informed decision-making across our operations in Bangalore, Hyderabad, andChennai.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive management reports (financial, operational, and strategic metrics)

- Automate reporting workflows to ensure timely delivery of actionable insights to leadership

- Build dashboards and visualization tools for real-time business monitoring

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify reporting requirements and KPIs

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems

- Implement process improvements and automation in reporting infrastructure

- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with analytical reports

- Conduct variance analysis and provide commentary on trends and anomalies

Required Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA) Final - Mandatory

- Minimum 2 years of experience in management reporting, financial analysis, or business intelligence

- Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal communication)

- Advanced Excel skills (pivots, macros, formulas, complex modeling)

- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for stakeholders

- Experience building reporting frameworks from scratch

Preferred Qualifications

- Working knowledge of Zoho

- Experience with automation in Zoho ecosystem (workflows, custom functions, integrations, APIs)

- Exposure to marketplace or B2B operations

- Understanding of ERP systems and cross-platform integrations
