Role Overview:

As the VP of Product, you will spearhead the strategic vision and execution of the product roadmap, ensuring that the platform remains at the forefront of the HR tech landscape. You will work closely with engineering, design, and customer success teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable, user-centric features. This role is pivotal in driving product-led growth, where your decisions directly influence the efficiency of millions of users and the overall commercial success of the organization in a competitive global market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the long-term product strategy to ensure the platform maintains a competitive edge and meets the evolving needs of enterprise clients.

- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, data-backed decision-making, and rapid iteration.

- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align product development with business objectives, ensuring seamless integration between technical capabilities and market demands.

- Analyze market trends, competitor movements, and customer feedback to identify new growth opportunities and prioritize the product backlog effectively.

- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to launch and post-release optimization, ensuring high standards of quality and user experience.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to manage complex SaaS product portfolios, with 11 to 14 years of experience in product management roles within high-growth technology environments.

- Proven track record of scaling enterprise-grade software products, balancing technical debt with the delivery of innovative, revenue-generating features.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence executive leadership and build consensus across diverse internal and external teams.

- Strong analytical mindset, capable of leveraging data and user insights to drive product strategy and measure success against key performance indicators.

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a focus on building collaborative teams and mentoring talent in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

- Educational background from a premier institute, providing a strong foundation in business strategy or technical management.

- Experience with HR technology products will be considered an added advantage.
