Role Summary:

- The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives.

- This role will drive workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, talent development, and HR governance while ensuring adherence to compliance and organizational values.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Partnership:

- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver HR solutions aligned with business goals.

- Support organizational design, talent planning, and capability-building initiatives.

- Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide insights and proactive recommendations.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

- Handle employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a timely, fair, and confidential manner.

- Drive employee engagement initiatives, culture programs, and feedback interventions.

- Conduct skip-level meetings, pulse checks, and stay interviews to improve retention and satisfaction.

Performance Management:

- Facilitate goal-setting, mid-year, and annual performance review cycles.

- Coach managers on performance discussions, corrective actions, and development planning.

- Track performance metrics and support identification of high-potential and high-performing talent.

Talent Management & Development:

- Collaborate with L&D to identify skill gaps and execute competency development programs.

- Support succession planning, leadership development, and talent reviews.

- Participate in hiring decisions for critical and leadership roles when required.

HR Operations & Compliance:

- Oversee onboarding, employee life-cycle management, and exit processes for assigned business units.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory regulations.

- Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, and workforce analytics for management review.

Policy Implementation & Change Management;

- Communicate and implement HR policies and organizational changes effectively.

- Drive structured change management initiatives with proper planning and tracking.

- Guide managers and employees on policy interpretation and governance.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.

- Deep understanding of HR operations, employee relations, and performance management.

- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and coaching abilities.

- Data-driven mindset with strong HR analytics and reporting exposure.

- Good knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance.

Qualification:

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent from a recognized institution.

- 5-8 years of relevant HR Business Partner experience, preferably in IT/Technology organizations.
