People Success Manager

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a People Success Manager who is passionate about creating an exceptional employee experience and building a high-performing, engaged workforce. This role partners closely with business leaders and employees across the employee lifecycle - from onboarding and engagement to performance, development, and retention.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Employee Experience:

- Champion a positive employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle.

- Serve as a trusted partner to employees and managers, providing guidance on people-related matters.

- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and belonging.

- Lead onboarding and induction programs to ensure new hires are set up for success.

Business Partnering:

- Partner with leaders to understand business priorities and align people strategies accordingly.

- Coach managers on performance management, employee relations, and career development.

- Support organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.

Performance & Talent Management:

- Facilitate performance review cycles, goal setting, and continuous feedback processes.

- Identify learning and development needs and work with stakeholders to implement appropriate interventions.

- Support talent reviews, succession planning, and career progression initiatives.

Employee Relations:

- Address employee concerns with empathy, fairness, and confidentiality.

- Conduct workplace investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions where required.

- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

HR Operations & Compliance:

- Ensure accurate HR documentation and employee records.

- Support policy development, communication, and implementation.

- Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, IT, and other functions to ensure seamless people operations.

Culture & Engagement:

- Design and execute employee engagement surveys and action plans.

- Lead recognition and wellness initiatives.

- Drive DE&I and culture-building programs across the organization.

HR Analytics:

- Monitor and analyze HR metrics such as attrition, engagement, hiring, and employee satisfaction.

- Prepare dashboards and insights to support leadership decision-making.

- Recommend improvements based on data and employee feedback.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

- Master's degree or MBA in HR is preferred.

- 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partnering or Employee Success roles.

- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.

- Experience working with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
