Role Overview:
We are looking for a Lead People Partner to own People Operations and act as a strategic HR partner to business and technology teams. The role will focus on building scalable people processes, strengthening culture, and supporting growth in a fast-moving AI/SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, and compliance
- Drive performance management, goal setting, and feedback cycles
- Partner with leaders on talent development, engagement, and retention
- Build and maintain HR policies, documentation, and systems
- Support workforce planning and organizational scaling initiatives
Requirements:
- 3+ years of HR experience, with prior People Partner or HRBP experience
- Experience in tech, SaaS, or startup environments
- Strong understanding of People Operations and HR systems
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with HRMS/HRIS tools (Zoho, Keka, or similar)
