The Opportunity:

We're looking for a Senior Brand Manager - South, someone who brings a deep, intuitive understanding of the southern consumer and culture. This role will lead efforts to drive top-of-funnel growth and brand affinity across key markets in the region. Based out of Bangalore, the role will be at the heart of shaping Shaadi.com's brand journey in the South.

What You'll Do:

- Drive regional brand strategy and execution for South India.

- Own key metrics like customer acquisition, search volumes, Share of Voice (SOV), Share of Experience (SOE), and brand health parameters (awareness, consideration, affinity).

- Partner with creative agencies to deliver culturally nuanced and high-impact campaigns.

- Collaborate with media agencies to craft and roll out region-specific media plans.

- Work closely with Product, Digital Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts.

- Launch new initiatives and campaigns, from ideation to execution to performance analysis.

- Lead market segmentation and build GTM strategies tailored to southern audiences.

- Evaluate performance by market, channel, and audience segments, and optimise accordingly.

What We're Looking For:

- 4-8 years of Brand Marketing experience in a consumer tech or internet-first company.

- Demonstrated success working with creative and media agencies.

- Experience conceptualizing and executing 360- brand campaigns.

- Strong grasp of regional insights, consumer behavior, and cultural nuances in the South.

- Proven ability to build Annual Operating Plans and Go-to-Market strategies.

- Data-driven, but equally comfortable taking creative leaps and judgment-based calls.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
