Description:

One of Indias leading law firms, is looking for a People Engagement Lead to design and drive high-impact initiatives across employee engagement, early-career talent programs, wellbeing, diversity & inclusion, and cultural development.

This role is ideal for someone who brings fresh perspective and has the ability to reimagine and elevate the firms people experience end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

Early Talent & Campus Programs:

- Lead the internship program including program design, communication, onboarding, rotations, evaluations, and engagement.

- Build and execute the campus recruitment strategy, managing partnerships with top campuses and driving selection processes.

- Strengthen the firms campus brand through events, engagement, and outreach initiatives.

Employee Engagement & Culture Building:

- Design and roll out a firm-wide employee engagement calendar including events, recognition programs, team-building initiatives, and cultural activations.

- Brainstorm and launch creative engagement ideas that enhance employee experience and foster a collaborative, inclusive culture.

- Conduct regular feedback loops and pulse checks to refine engagement strategies.

Wellbeing & Diversity Initiatives:

- Develop and implement wellbeing programs focusing on mental wellness, work-life balance, and workplace support.

- Support the firms diversity & inclusion vision through campaigns, learning sessions, and targeted initiatives.

- Partner with leadership to ensure all wellbeing and D&I efforts are aligned with organizational values.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 10+ years of HR experience with strong exposure to engagement, campus hiring, internship programs, culture, or HR generalist roles.

- Strong understanding of early-career talent, student lifecycle, and modern engagement frameworks.

- Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize, plan, and execute innovative people initiatives.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.

- Highly organized, energetic, and comfortable managing multiple programs simultaneously.
