
Job Title : People Business Partner Lead
Reports to : Chief People Officer
Team Size : Managing a team of 34 People Partners
Span of Control : ~400-500 employees (and growing)

Role Overview:
The People Business Partner Lead will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning people priorities with business goals. This role will own and drive the human capital agenda, enabling organizational effectiveness, strengthening engagement, and fostering a high-performance culture in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Business Partnering:
- Partner closely with business leaders to understand team dynamics, challenges, and opportunities
- Design and execute engagement and retention strategies aligned with business needs
- Monitor attrition trends and implement proactive retention interventions
- Scale people processes in line with organizational growth and evolving needs
- Support managers and employees through performance discussions and feedback cycles
Strategic HR Initiatives & Program Management:
- Lead the design and execution of key people initiatives such as talent development, engagement, and succession planning
- Define program objectives, timelines, success metrics, and track outcomes
- Drive stakeholder alignment and ensure smooth execution across functions
Performance Management:
- Own end-to-end performance management cycles including goal setting, reviews, and evaluations
- Coach managers on managing performance, including handling low performers and driving PIPs
- Use performance data to identify high performers, capability gaps, and development needs
- Partner with leadership to design and deliver targeted learning and development interventions
