Position: People and Talent Manager.
Organisation: A leading NGO.
Qualification: MBA HR.
Experience: 3 - 6 years of recruitment experience, ideally in the development, start-up, or consulting space.
Location: Delhi.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus):
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role needs and draft clear, inclusive job descriptions.
- Lead the full recruitment cycle-sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing roles.
- Build diverse talent pipelines through platforms, networks, and referrals.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and o- er rollouts while ensuring equitable, inclusive hiring practices.
- Maintain recruitment trackers/ATS and represent the organisation at sector and campus events.
- Work with the HR Operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding.
People Development Support:
- Support teams during goal setting and performance review cycles by coordinating timelines and documentation.
- Contribute to strengthening competency expectations and identifying development needs.
- Assist the HR Director on people-centric initiatives that enhance culture, clarity, and capability across teams.
- Help drive consistent, people-focused processes that support growth and alignment across the organisation.
What are we looking for?
- 3-6 years of recruitment experience, ideally in the development, start-up, or consulting space.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms and basic ATS tools.
