Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive 3- phase People Analytics roadmap aligned with organizational priorities.

- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing People Analytics team spanning data engineering, data science, and business intelligence.

- Drive executive-level reporting for the CHRO and Board, translating complex analytics into clear business recommendations and actions.

- Lead the frontline attrition prediction program, directly influencing retention outcomes and mitigating - 25+ crore annual risk.

- Champion a data-driven decision-making culture across middle management through structured training and enablement initiatives.

- Oversee people data governance, DPDPA compliance, and ethical use of workforce analytics.

- Manage external vendors, assess platforms (SaaS vs. in-house builds), and optimize analytics budget allocation.

- Partner with CTO/IT teams to integrate and unify data across HRMS, sales CRM, agency systems, and other enterprise platforms.

- Present quarterly People Analytics performance and ROI to the CHRO and Executive Committee.

- Mentor, coach, and develop team members, fostering capability-building and succession within the People Analytics CoE.

Qualifications & Experience

- MBA from a Tier- 1 institute (IIM/ISB/XLRI) or a Master's degree in Statistics/Data Science.

- 12-18 years of HR and analytics experience, with at least 5 years in the BFSI sector (insurance -preferred).

- Proven track record of setting up and scaling analytics functions from the ground up.

- Prior exposure to CHROs or senior HR leadership teams is preferred.

Technical & Functional Skills

- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with the ability to simplify insights for non- technical audiences.

- Solid understanding of HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, and Darwinbox.

- Excellent stakeholder management, business partnering, and executive communication skills.

- Working knowledge of IRDAI regulations and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA).

- Proficiency in Power BI/Tableau, Excel, and working-level SQL.
