We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development with 3-5 years of experience in IT Sales.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft products, particularly Microsoft 365 and Azure licensing.
This role requires a proactive individual who can identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Shift Timings:
Evening Shift 5:00PM to 02:00AM IST (Non Negotiable, We work mostly with US customers in EST Time Zone)
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Promote and sell Microsoft products and services, with a focus on Microsoft 365 and Azure licenses.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions.
- Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- 3- 5 years of proven experience in IT Sales or Business Development.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft products; hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure licensing is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
