Job Title: Presales Lead - Low Code/No Code, AI/ML, Digital Banking (Lending Solutions, LOS, LMS)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Presales Lead to join our team and drive digital transformation for our clients through cutting-edge solutions in Low Code/No Code platforms, AI/ML technologies, and Digital Banking innovations. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business and technology, demonstrating solution value, leading technical presentations, and crafting tailored proposals that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Discovery:

- Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and digital transformation goals.

- Conduct detailed requirements gathering and business process analysis.

Solution Design & Demonstration:

- Create and deliver compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts using Low Code/No Code platforms.

- Showcase capabilities in AI/ML and digital banking solutions that align with customer needs.

- Collaborate with product and delivery teams to design feasible, scalable solutions.

Proposal Management:

- Prepare detailed technical proposals, RFP responses, and solution documentation.

- Develop and present ROI models, technical architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Act as a strategic advisor to sales teams, clients, and internal stakeholders.

- Build strong relationships with C-level executives, business leaders, and technical teams.

Market & Technology Insights:

- Stay abreast of emerging trends in Low Code/No Code development, AI/ML, and digital banking.

- Provide input to product teams on market needs and customer feedback.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 8-10 years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, or Solution Architecture roles.

- Strong hands-on or functional knowledge of Low Code/No Code platforms

- Experience in designing or selling AI/ML-based solutions (e.g., predictive analytics, NLP, automation).

- In-depth knowledge of digital banking trends, products, and core banking platforms, lending solutions.

- Proven track record in crafting and delivering successful demos and proposals for enterprise clients.

- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Background in Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech.

- Certifications in Low Code/No Code platforms or AI/ML technologies.

- Experience working in Agile or hybrid environments.

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integration architectures (APIs, microservices).
