As Associate Manager, Marketing you need to formulate and execute successful strategies and programs that will drive the AR and CA program to meet our branding and revenue generation goals. If you are seasoned marketing professional with excellent understanding of the software product marketing preferably targeting the BFSI domain, this is an excellent opportunity with tremendous growth potential. Job Responsibilities: - Analyst Relations - Plan, manage and execute analyst outreach, mindshare and influence activities via briefing, inquiries/advisories, participation in analyst research, etc. to achieve our monthly/quarterly and yearly targets across Forrester, Gartner, IDC, Everest Group, etc. - Customer Advocacy - Institute and manage customer outreach programs that will enable customers to advocate/endorse Pennant via various channels including reviews (on Gartner, G2, etc.), reference letters, testimonials, speaking in various forums, etc. - Coordinate and collaborate with various stakeholders including Product Managers, Product Marketing, Sales, Designers, etc. to meet our AR and CA goals vis- vis brand impact and revenue generations (sales pipeline requirements) - Staying up-to-date on industry best practices, trends and standards for adoption across AR and CA programs - Regularly monitor/report the performance of the program and take corrective action to improve branding and sales outcomes - Be flexible and have the initiative to take on additional roles and responsibilities across the marketing/sales spectrum and other areas Growth Opportunity: Banking is the biggest consumer of technology and the share is simply growing.
