Senior Consultant In this senior consultant role, you will leverage your extensive consulting experience to provide strategic guidance to our clients across the social, public, and private sectors. You will be responsible for collaborating with teams of experts to develop innovative solutions to complex problems, while ensuring that our clients achieve their long-term goals and improve their performance. Responsibilities: - Lead and manage project teams to develop and implement client solutions - Structure and frame complex problems, and lead teams to identify and analyze relevant data - Develop and communicate clear and actionable recommendations to clients - Coordinate and manage the implementation of recommendations, including critical path planning and risk management - Foster collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, vendors, and other key partners - Continuously strengthen leadership skills and use influence to achieve desired outcomes Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting firm (or top-tier investment banks/Big 4 for corp. dev. track) - Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or science (math, physics, etc.) required - Advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA, PhD, etc.) or equivalent strongly preferred - Experience in in-house strategy, corporate development, performance management a plus - Exceptional team leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills - Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint required. Experience with other analytical and data visualization tools preferred.
