Pellets Pharma - R&D Formulation Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and optimize formulations for solid orals, injectables, liquids, or other dosage forms (as per company portfolio)

- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (USFDA, EU, WHO, etc.) and company quality standards

- Manage end-to-end product development from pre-formulation to scale-up and technology transfer

- Oversee team performance, mentoring, and capability building for scientists and junior staff

- Collaborate with QA, QC, RA, and Production teams for seamless project execution

- Drive innovation in formulation strategies, cost optimization, and process improvements

- Review, approve, and ensure accuracy of technical documents, reports, and dossiers

Key Skills & Competencies:

- In-depth knowledge of pharma development life cycle, regulatory frameworks, and technology transfer

- Excellent leadership, planning, and execution skills

- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle complex projects

- Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Qualifications:

- 10-15 years of experience in formulation development & team leadership
