
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-sales technical support to the sales and business development teams.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical walkthroughs for potential clients.
- Analyze customer requirements to propose effective software or automation solutions.
- Prepare detailed technical proposals, solution documents, and requirement specifications.
- Act as a liaison between customers and the product/development team to ensure solutions are aligned with business needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to support solution innovation.
- Assist in building a strong technical knowledge base for the sales function.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- 3-6 years of experience in technical sales support or a pre-sales role in the IT/software industry.
- Proven experience in product demonstrations, client requirement analysis, and solution documentation.
- Strong understanding of automation tools, enterprise software solutions, and IT service offerings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
