Pegasystems - Communications Manager

Communications Support


- Contribute and maintain internal comms calendar

- Draft key comms from India MDs desk (e.g., awards, announcements, emergencies, exec visits, townhalls, etc.)

- Pega India PR strategy in collaboration with PR vendor

- Crafting the PR strategy for Pega India

- Representing Pega at industry events, podcasts, etc.

- Press releases on key announcements / achievements

- Social media strategy for key leader(s)

- Maintain the internal Pega India portal with leadership, news, activities, policies, etc.

- Execute industry branding opportunities (college / industry event sponsorships, hackathons, social media partnerships, etc.)

- Design Pega branding complying with guidelines in collaboration with Marketing

- Partner with other teams on the execution of key internal and external events

Operational Support

- Support in planning and managing CXO visits to India agenda prep, logistics, collaboration with meeting owners

- Support in content creation and collation for India and global leaders including QBRs

- Operational management of budgets in collaboration with the Finance team

- Support in project managing initiatives and other ad hoc activities driven by the MD Office

- Support in orchestration of leadership forums taking notes, drafting MOMs, following up on action items

Who You Are:

- A highly motivated and organized communications professional with 10+ years of experience and strong interpersonal skills.

- You are focused on continuous improvement of yourself and your surroundings.

- You are willing to challenge the status quo, share ideas, act on initiatives, and navigate conflicts in the

interest of building a common understanding in an open, healthy work environment.

- You have a track record of proposed and implemented changes examples of successes and failures

that resulted in lessons.

- You can influence others and get things done, even when you have no direct line of authority over

them.

- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What You've Accomplished:


- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Knowledge of PR and media relations.

- Experience with project management.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
