Peeko - Program Manager - Operations

About the Role

We are looking for a Program Manager - Operations who loves solving hard, ambiguous problems and building things from scratch.

You will work across some of the most critical parts of our operations - building a top-notch rider team, solving dark store operational challenges, improving warehouse processes, and creating scalable systems as we grow.

This is a role for someone who thinks from first principles, is highly data-driven, and is not afraid to get their hands dirty.

You won't just manage programs. You will identify problems, figure out the right solution, and drive execution end-to-end.

What You'll Work On

1) Build a Top-Notch Rider Team

- Solve problems around rider acquisition, onboarding, retention, productivity and

performance.

- Design processes and initiatives to build a reliable and high-performing rider supply.

- Use data to understand rider behaviour and identify opportunities to improve productivity and earnings.

2) Solve Dark Store Problems

- Identify and solve operational bottlenecks across dark stores.

- Improve metrics such as order processing time, picking, packing, dispatch and overall

store efficiency.

- Work closely with store teams to understand problems on the ground and implement

solutions.

- Build processes that can scale across multiple stores and cities.

3) Improve Warehouse Operations

- Solve problems across inventory movement, receiving, put-away, replenishment and

dispatch.

- Identify inefficiencies and design better processes.

- Work with technology and operations teams to automate and simplify processes.

- Build scalable systems as the business grows.
