We are looking for a sharp, curious Data Analyst to be the analytical backbone of Peeko. This role sits at the intersection of Pricing, Discounting, Category Management, Trend and Forecasting. You will be leading our strategy for pricing & promotions (including competition benchmarking), identifying category gaps, future purchase planning, purchase decision making and managing stock levels based on internal and external data driving strong customer delight.
Key Responsibilities:
Pricing & Promotion management:
- Create a pricing & promotion plan & experiments in conjunction with category managers and growth leaders.
- Build scrappers to analyze competition pricing and take corrective action.
- Build dashboards to closely track price competitiveness, conversion and margins at a daily level.
Category Management, Purchase & Inventory:
- Analyze sales trend to create a forecasting and refill model for the Dark stores operated by Peeko.
- Scrape online data to understand product/category gaps and analyze new competitive sales trend.
- Work closely with category management team for actionable on the above.
- Analyze sales trend based on Dark store location and allocation inventory accordingly.
- Setup up dashboard and KPIs for tracking of sold out and near sold out products.
- Building AI Driven buying models to predict styles which are expected to do well on our platform.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- The candidate should have strong command on SQL and Python with experience in Data scrapping.
- The candidate should be comfortable work with ambiguous/open-ended problem statements.
- Strong analytical capabilities to draw business insights from data and convert them into actions.
- Ability to work independently and work with multiple stakeholders.
- A candidate with exposure to building AI agents and workflows is preferred.
