Unit Finance Controller - CA/ICWA - Chennai [Garment Mfg] Leadership Role to manage three garment manufacturing units of Pearl Global Industry Ltd. based out at Chennai. Preparing monthly management accounts, budgets, forecast, budget variances, analysis of financial information and highlight the unusual variations/ trends. Presenting Monthly MIS, profitability, KPI reporting for business units and functional departments. 2. Preparation of Stock statements, financial follow-up report (FFR) for bank compliances. 3. General Ledger Account Analysis, subsidiary ledger reconciliation (A/P and A/R) and value addition by implementing cost control measures 4. Analyzing of Consumption and Stock Variance report. 5. Implementing, streamlining and enhancing systems and process. 6. Adherence to compliances including taxation, statutory compliances 7. Management of cash flow and distribution of funds in critical financial situations. 8. Liaison with Auditors (Statutory &amp; Internal) and Bankers. 9. Commercial finance Operations of Manufacturing Units. 10. Ability to manage team of Accountants. Scope of work: - People Management - Domestic - financial operations and Control Desired Profile : Education/ Qualification : Qualified Chartered Accountant/ ICWA/PG Diploma (2012 - 2015 batch pass outs). 2- 6 years experience with a MANUFACTURING organisation at Factory Level. At least 2 years experience in managing end to end finance including unit P&amp;L. Industry Traits: - At least 1 years experience in Garment Manufacturing Organisation - Strong people management Experiences(3-5 People). Competencies : Ability to manage Budgets, Financial Analysis, Problem Solving, Commercial Acumen.
