Job Overview:
- PDS International Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized professional to join our Business Development team as an MNC Meeting Coordinator - Inside Sales.
- This role is critical to supporting business growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing lead generation activities, and ensuring seamless coordination of meetings with Multinational Corporations (MNCs).
- The ideal candidate will combine strong research and communication skills with excellent coordination and follow-up capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & amp; Business Development:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients, key decision-makers, and emerging industry trends.
- Generate leads using multiple channels including online research, professional networking, industry events, referrals, and cold calling.
- Qualify leads by understanding client requirements and evaluating alignment with PDS International's services and solutions.
- Maintain and regularly update the CRM system with accurate and actionable lead data.
- Design and execute outreach and follow-up strategies to nurture prospects and convert them into qualified sales opportunities.
MNC Meeting Coordination:
- Schedule, coordinate, and manage meetings with representatives of Multinational Corporations.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, briefing notes, and background documents for the Business Development leadership team.
- Act as a communication bridge between internal stakeholders and MNC representatives to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Coordinate all meeting logistics including venue arrangements, audio-visual setup, virtual meeting tools, and catering (where applicable).
- Track and manage post-meeting follow-ups, document action items, and ensure timely execution of next steps.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Arts, Science, Technology, or a related discipline.
Experience:
- 4+ Years of relevant experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development.
- Prior experience working with or coordinating meetings for MNC clients will be an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing principles.
- Excellent research, analytical, and lead qualification skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build professional relationships at all levels.
- Language Skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is highly desirable.
