Overall Purpose of the Role:

- The ideal candidate will have a passion for data, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.

- Should have the ability to build database models from scratch, ability to define logics to help make business process improvements.

- As part of the Finance team, they will be driving key projects for process optimization and standardization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and create database models from scratch, optimizing for efficiency and performance.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.

- Create and automate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key findings.

- Perform ad-hoc analysis and data mining to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.

- Manage and maintain databases, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization.

Requirements:

- Strong Experience of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server, Python).

- Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data.

- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities
