PBPartners - Manager - Offline Marketing

Key Responsibilities

1. ATL & BTL Marketing

1. Devise and execute integrated offline marketing and promotion plans across ATL & BTL channels.

2. Plan and execute retailer / trade meets, exhibitions, partner events, and on-ground activations.

Ensure channel partner office branding and merchandising deployment as per prescribed norms to drive visibility and brand recall.

3. Develop zone-wise merchandising manuals aligned with market needs and organizational guidelines.

4. Keep a track of merchandising and POSP materials & ensure timely delivery to partners & employees.

2. Events & Residential Trip Management (National & International)

1. Own planning and execution of residential trips and large-scale events for partners and employees, both domestic and international.

2. Manage RFQs, agency scouting, commercials of event partners.

3. Coordinate end-to-end event execution including conceptualization, logistics, travel, accommodation, on-ground operations, and post-event closure.

4. Ensure adherence to budgets, timelines, and brand experience benchmarks.

5. Act as the single point of contact for agencies and internal stakeholders for all offline events.

3. Office Expansion & Branding Management

1. Lead office/store expansion branding in office-format environments.

2. Successfully manage the opening of multiple new offices/stores within defined timelines.

3. Coordinate cross-functionally with Admin, Legal, and Sales teams for lease finalization, branding timelines, and office readiness.

4. Ensure consistent brand experience across all physical locations.

4. Vendor Management

1. Identify, onboard, and manage multiple vendors and agencies across regions.

2. Lead vendor negotiations, cost optimization, and performance tracking.

3. Build long-term vendor partnerships aligned with quality and scale requirements.

5. Requirements & Qualifications

1. MBA in Marketing or a related field.

2. Strong planning, execution, and stakeholder management skills.

3. Proven experience in offline marketing, ATL/BTL campaigns, events, and vendor management.

4. Creative mindset with an eye for design, branding, and visual storytelling.

5. Ability to work independently and solve complex operational challenges.

6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, aggressive, growth-oriented startup environment.

7. Open to extensive travel, including national and international assignments.
