Role Description:

- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy Manager Payout Operations located in Gurugram.

- The Deputy Manager will oversee day-to-day payout operations, ensure accurate and timely processing of payouts, manage and reconcile accounts, and coordinate with different departments to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

- The role requires maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

- Applicant must have Qualified CA.

- 4+ Years of Experience.

- Financial Management, Payout Processing, and Account Reconciliation skills.

- Experience in Operations Management and Process Improvement.

- Proficiency in Data Analysis and Reporting.

- Strong organizational, multitasking, and leadership skills.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Experience in the insurance or financial sector is a plus.
