Job Title: AVP - Program Manager (Business Finance & Strategy)

Role Overview :

We are looking for a high-impact AVP - Program Manager to drive Business Finance & Strategy initiatives across the organization. This role will lead multiple strategic and financial programs focused on cost efficiency, process improvement, business finance, and enterprise-level strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate will come from a Finance (FP&A), Consulting, Strategy, or Growth background, with strong exposure to startup environments or consulting- led transformations, and a proven problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage multiple strategic programs across business finance and strategy.

- Drive cost efficiency and cost control initiatives, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

- Partner with business leaders to execute strategic and process improvement projects

- Own end- to- end delivery of finance- led programs - from problem definition to execution and impact tracking.

- Work closely with cross- functional stakeholders (business, finance, operations, product, tech) to deliver outcomes.

- Build structured frameworks for financial planning, performance tracking, and decision support.

- Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency improvement, and scalable financial processes.

Requirements:

- 6- 8 years of experience in FP&A, Business Finance, Program Management, Strategy, Consulting, or Growth roles.

- Prior experience working in a startup or consulting environment is highly preferred.

- Strong problem- solving and analytical mindset with the ability to handle ambiguity

- Proven experience managing complex, cross- functional initiatives

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Technical & Functional Skills:

- Strong hands- on experience with Excel / Advanced Excel

- Working knowledge of SQL (preferred)

- Strong financial modeling, data analysis, and presentation skills

Educational Qualification: MBA / PGDM from IIM (A/B/C/L), FMS, XLRI or equivalent Tier- 1 institutes.
