Role: Employee Experience Lead, India What is the objective of this role? - Objective of this role is to set the employee experience strategy and create a workplace in which every PayUneer feels valued, connected, and inspired. - This will be achieved by continuously working towards reducing the gap between employee expectations and the actual experience during moments that matter - those occasions in the employee lifecycle that leave a lasting impression and create promoters! What will this role entail? - Because there are so many factors that influence employee experience, the role has a wide range of responsibilities - from administering employee diagnostics, experience surveys, to analyzing employee feedback, creating action plans, working on employee experience projects along with stakeholders within/outside HR and often assisting with workplace communications. Broadly the role can be summarized as follows: - Design, administer and analyze employee diagnostics/surveys - This role is going to be responsible for overseeing the employee feedback mechanisms and survey programs (excluding EES) for India, like candidate experience survey, onboarding survey, exit interviews etc. - The incumbent will either work on this end to end or with the respective COEs, right from determining the survey design, analyzing results and feedback. The incumbent in this role can then use that direct, honest employee feedback to inform and create PayU India's overall employee experience strategy. - Manage and measure impactful experience initiatives - Armed with employee insights, the incumbent must then propose a plan of action to improve the employee experience. - These impactful experience programs take many different forms and need to appeal to individuals at every stage of the employee lifecycle. They can include things like inclusive policy updates, talent programs and ensuring that our employee processes run in a smooth manner. - This role's job is to both react to whatever areas of opportunity come to light in these surveys, as well as proactively anticipate areas the business could improve. - They communicate policies and programs to employees - In addition to introducing and managing these projects and programs, the role holder will also be in charge of communicating the existence and purpose of these programs to PayUneers. Planning internal events, sending emails and newsletters, presenting during all-hands meetings, and working closely with managers and senior leaders are all ways the person in this role can improve awareness of new policies, programs, and technologies and encourage employee adoption. The role will also be responsible for periodically updating the India leadership team about the current areas of focus, progress being made and future areas to be worked upon to keep the organization honest.
