About the Role:
- The Associate Director of Product Management is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and execution of product initiatives that drive business growth and meet customer needs.
- This role requires a blend of business acumen, technical knowledge, and leadership skills to successfully guide cross-functional teams and deliver impactful digital products.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives
- Lead digital transformation initiatives and drive product innovation
- Identify market opportunities and prioritize product features to maximize business impact.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align product strategy with overall business goals
Product Development & Management:
- Guide cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch
- Translate business requirements into comprehensive product specifications
- Define success metrics and KPIs for product initiatives
- Make data-driven decisions using market research, customer feedback, and analytics
- Manage product backlog and prioritize features based on business value and customer needs
Team Leadership:
- Mentor and develop junior product managers and team members
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Provide guidance on best practices in product management methodologies
- Resolve cross-functional conflicts and remove obstacles to product delivery
Market & Customer Focus:
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape
- Develop deep understanding of customer needs through user research and feedback
- Advocate for the customer throughout the product development process
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams
- Communicate product vision effectively to diverse stakeholders
- Build consensus around product decisions and tradeoffs
- Present product plans and progress to executive leadership and stakeholders
Requirements:
- 8+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering successful digital products
- Experience leading and mentoring product management teams
- Demonstrated success in strategic product planning and execution
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate complex business challenges into product opportunities
- Data-driven decision making and analytical mindset
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience with agile/scrum methodologies and product development processes
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Technical understanding of modern technology stacks and software development practices
- Have experience in closely working with card Schemes on 3DS Solutions & Authorization.
- Should have good understanding on CNP / CP Payment method as well as associate regulatory landscape.
