Paytm - Product Manager - Asset Tracking & Logistics Platform

Role Overview

This role owns Paytm's Asset Tracking & Logistics (ATS) platform, which covers device lifecycle, warehouse/hub operations, and field distribution. This platform is critical to maintaining momentum on key KPIs (TAT, inventory accuracy, fulfilment SLA, cost efficiency)

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for Paytm - from requirement gathering, technical feasibility, and design, to delivery, monitoring, and optimization.

- Translate business goals into detailed technical product specifications, architecture discussions, and API contracts.

- Work closely with engineering, design, data, compliance, finance, etc to ensure seamless, reliable operations.

- Define product roadmaps balancing performance, scalability, compliance, and user experience.

- Partner with engineering teams to drive high-quality execution: sprint planning, backlog prioritization, technical debt management, and release coordination.

- Deep-dive into system issues, support incident resolution, and implement long-term stability improvements.

- Build and optimize dashboards, monitoring, and alerts for critical business operations.

- Ensure regulatory, audit, and risk compliance across product features and backend systems.

- Drive innovation through experimentation, competitive benchmarking, and customer insights.

Candidate expected profile:

- Product leader with 7-10 years' experience; 3+ years leading teams

- Strong operator mindset with deep exposure to logistics, supply chain, and field operations platforms

- Data-driven; comfortable owning metrics and working with SQL

- Proven execution in cross-functional, high-dependency environments
