Description: We are looking for a Cross-Border Sales Manager to drive international merchant acquisition and expand global payment processing solutions for businesses selling internationally. The role involves onboarding exporters, e-commerce merchants, SaaS companies, and digital businesses that require cross-border payment collection solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Merchant Acquisition
- Identify and onboard merchants requiring cross-border payment collection.
- Target segments such as exporters, D2C brands, SaaS companies, freelancers, and e-commerce sellers.
- Generate leads via outbound sales, partnerships, and networking.
2. Sales & Business Development
- Pitch cross-border payment gateway solutions to merchants.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with founders, finance teams, and decision-makers.
- Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting product demo negotiation onboarding.
3. Market Expansion
- Identify new industries with international payment needs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to generate inbound leads.
4. Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Upsell additional services such as multi-currency payments, FX solutions, and payment links.
5. Compliance & Onboarding
- Work closely with the risk/compliance team for merchant KYC.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of international payment processing accounts.
6. Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor offerings and pricing.
- Share insights on merchant requirements and market trends.
Required Skills:
- Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of cross-border payments, payment gateways, or fintech
- Understanding of international payment methods and FX
