Job Description:- Strategic Alliance (Banking Partnership & Alliances (5-12 Years Experience))

Expectations/Requirements
- Introduce new technologies for card acceptance with our bank partners.
- Recommend market strategy and pricing strategy for better growth and reach.
- Liaise between the banks and the sales team to materialize the accrued banking leads and oversee the process till activation.
- Striking alliances and partnerships with banks and other payment partners and activating payment options offered by Paytm
- Developing and nurturing the banking channel for business and ensuring the partnership of Paytm for all e-payment related solutions for the bank's clients.
- Managing White Label Products with Leading banks
- Development of newer solutions by evaluating opportunities in the Banking and Payments industry.
- Respond to market trends to lead creation of new products and services that meet major customer needs
- Lead the Strategic Partnerships function, including recruiting and developing a team of senior members.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or PGDM degree in business or finance related field
- 10-18 years of professional experience in a similar role
- An entrepreneurial spirit, a creative bent of mind and strong work ethics
- Candidate's from the Fintech/Payment's background will be preferred
- Understanding of sustainable finance markets and Fintech environment
- Excellent People Management & Planning Skills
