Job Description: Responsibilities: 1. Evaluation of regulations shared by Regulators like RBI, NPCI, UIDAI etc and obtaining business sign off for compliance on these regulations 2. Preparation/ Monitoring/ Updation of Compliance Obligation Registers and taking Business sign off for compliance of the regulation. 3. Design and conduct periodic risk assessments/ compliance testing and share reports along with closure of corrective action plans. 4. Preparation of quarterly/ Annual compliance reviews to be presented to the Senior Management/ Board of the Bank. 5. Ability to review Product Notes, Policies, SOPs, Agreements from Regulatory and Legal point of view. 6. Candidate should be able to prepare draft responses/ applications on various issues and maintain RBI Communication Log done with Regulators. 7. Maintain strong and transparent communication channel with Reserve Bank of India and other key regulator like UIDAI, NPCI and peers across industry. 8. Develop a strong compliance culture across departments within the bank. Skills: 1. Strong knowledge of RBI Master Direction, Master Circulars and circulars shared by regulators such as NPCI, UIDAI etc. 2. Experience in handling compliance related issues to Wallet, UPI, PA,PG, BBPOU and operational Issues. 3. Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations. 4. Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, excel and Powerpoint) skills. 5. Highly effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and exert influence with and without direct authority with senior levels of Management. 6. Solid organizational skills with ability and willingness to work under pressure and manage time and priorities effectively. 7. Excellent communication (written and Oral) and report writing skills 8. Reasoning and Analytical skills required for Compliance testing of various products in Bank 9. Strong desire to initiate and execute in a high paced growing environment 10. Should be a self starter and a team player. Qualification - Chartered Accountant / MBA 1. Post Qualification minimum +5 years of experience and beyond in Internal Audit / Compliance (relevant experience in Payments industry or fintech experience of min2 years) 2. Experience in handling compliance related issues to Wallet, UPI, PA, PG, BBPOU in Payments industry or fintech experience.
