
- We are hiring a Revenue / Category Manager for the F&O (Derivatives) business who will own the F&O revenue line, drive category growth and optimise monetisation across Futures & Options.
- The role requires strong understanding of derivatives, margins, trading behaviour, and the ability to work cross-functionally with product, risk, operations and business teams.
Key Responsibilities.
- Revenue & Category Ownership.
- Own and drive F&O revenue (brokerage, interest, platform fees & VAS).
- Grow F&O volumes, active traders and category adoption.
- Identify revenue leakage and implement corrective measures.
- Lead pricing strategy & competitive benchmarking.
- P&L Management & Reporting.
- Track daily/weekly/monthly F&O P&L and key revenue drivers.
- Prepare dashboards, revenue MIS and performance reports.
- Conduct trend analysis and revenue forecasting.
Business & Trading Analytics:
- Analyse F&O client trading patterns, behaviour and segment performance.
- Identify opportunities to drive higher turnover & engagement.
- Work on initiatives to increase F&O order flow and premium turnover.
Risk & Margin Management Support:
- Strong understanding of SPAN, Exposure & Peak Margins.
- Coordinate with RMS to build margin policies & exposure controls.
- Monitor high-risk clients and margin utilisation patterns.
Product Collaboration:
- Partner with Product & Tech to enhance F&O trading tools & journeys.
- Contribute to features like option chain, strategy builder, margin calculator, analytics etc.
- Improve user experience for high-velocity F&O traders.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Work closely with Risk, Compliance, Operations, Finance, Product & Business.
- Lead execution of revenue and efficiency initiatives.
- Support audits, reconciliations and regulatory reviews.
Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure category adherence to SEBI & Exchange guidelines.
- Maintain proper controls around exposures, margin requirements & order flows.
Candidate Profile:
- 4-8 years experience in Broking, F&O, Derivatives Analytics, Revenue/Category roles or Product.
- Strong knowledge of Futures, Options, Greeks, margins & trading mechanics.
- Analytical, data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of broking P&L drivers & revenue levers.
- Proficiency in Excel; SQL/BI tools preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a high-ownership IC role.
